Due to the rise of shipping costs, we no longer offer free shipping, however we have included the cost of shipping with the price of our items.  We will keep the cost as low as possible.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service or through UPS.  Once you have placed your order, we will give you an estimated shipping time.  When the Item has shipped, we will contact you via phone or e-mail with tracking number of your package.  This allows you to be informed of an approximate arrival date.     
    
Custom & Specialty Orders     
    
Have a special item or design in mind?  We can make custom artwork and scenes in various sizes and designs.  Size of design is only limited by shipping restrictions.  Just Contact Us, e-mail or call 360-274-9321 and we can start the process of "creating" your design.      

Returns

**Damaged Items- Contact Us immediately upon receipt of package, if item is damaged.  We will give you information on returning merchandise to us.  Item will be replaced at no additional cost.

** Exchanges- We gladly exchange for merchandise of equal value.  You pay only the additional cost of shipping.  If a desired item is higher in value, you pay the difference in cost + shipping.
